What should I include with my enquiry?
Send the product, pack range, closures, labels, target good output, batch pattern, layout and any existing equipment. Photographs, samples and drawings can follow by agreement.

Send the production sequence with the format list
Describe a representative working day, including the order in which products and packs are made. Add the average run length, expected format changes and the point that currently limits production. This helps the first discussion connect equipment selection with the way the line will actually be used.
For each intended format, keep the product, container, closure and label together in one record. State whether it is a launch requirement, an occasional exception or a future possibility. If existing equipment must remain, identify it and explain any known limitation or unresolved interface.
